What are the conference dates?

Full conference days are Tuesday, August 27 and Wednesday, August 28. The conference will begin with the Bluebeam Keynote at 8:30 AM! Check out the full conference schedule for more details.

When will the app be available for download?

What is the cost of the conference?

It depends on when you register and the package of your choosing. Be sure to register early for the best rate possible! Please visit our pricing page for a full breakdown of rates, important deadlines and other registration information.

Do you offer any discounts?

We are happy to offer a variety of discounts! Discounts are available for government employees and groups of five or more.

Can I register for just one day of the conference?

No, registration is only available for the full conference packages. The Pre-Conference Workshop, Revu Essentials, cannot be purchased by itself. Revu Essentials is only available to those who purchase the Conference Pass or Conference Plus+ Pass.

What is the Pre-Conference Workshop?

We are excited to offer an all-day introductory training prior to the conference. The Pre-Conference Workshop, Revu Essentials, will be held on Monday, August 26. Revu Essentials training is designed for the novice user or for anyone who needs a refresher. Revu Essentials can be purchased at an additional cost of $200 a pass. Limited passes available.

I’ve purchased a Conference Pass. Can I still attend workflow trainings on site?

The Conference Pass does not have access to any conference workflow trainings. If you wish to change your pass, you may do so prior to the event. Changing your pass will depend on pass availability and additional charges will apply. If you wish to take a workflow training course during the event, you will need to upgrade your pass to the Conference Plus+ on-site. Payment will be based on the difference between pass prices at time of purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received prior to August 2, 2019 will be fully refunded. Absolutely no refunds will be offered after registration closes on August 2.

I am no longer able to attend; can another individual take my place?

Absolutely! We would be happy to substitute a new individual in your place if you are no longer able to attend. Please modify your registration here. Log in using your confirmation code and email address to modify your registration. If you have any trouble, please contact us directly.

Are guests allowed to attend?

Guest passes are not available for the conference. If you would like to bring a guest to any of our networking opportunities, please email us.


What is the recommended attire for the conference?

We want you to be comfortable, so wear anything appropriate that you feel relaxed in. Most attendees wear jeans and we always love to see folks wearing the conference T-shirt! You are also welcome to stay casual for the evening events.

Transportation and Accommodations

How do I get from the airport to the Marriott Marquis?

There are three major airports in the Washington, D.C. region: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Check out the Travel & Venue page for more details.

Is there a conference hotel room block?

XCON attendees will receive a special rate of $239 per night (plus taxes and fees) through July 31, 2019 or until rooms sell out, so book your room(s) as early as possible.

How do I book a room?

Conference attendees can book their hotel room(s) after completing the registration process and can be done online (Click Here).

Where can I park?

The Marriott Marquis has an on-site valet parking fee of $49 USD daily.


Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

Yes, all attendees are required to register for sessions prior to the conference. Although sessions open in May, we highly encourage everyone to register at the Early Bird registration rate. You will receive an email to register for sessions once the full agenda is made available.

What is an in-depth workflow training?

In-depth workflow trainings build upon Revu Essentials and provide a better understanding of how users can utilize Bluebeam Revu for job-specific applications. They are highly interactive, classroom-style trainings. The trainer will first show how a particular process is done and then the attendees will try it out on their own computers in various hands-on learning exercises provided by the trainer.

Do I need to provide my own hardware for any workflow training sessions?

All workflow training sessions require you to provide your own laptop. We encourage you bring a power cord and mouse as well.

Do I need specific software for workflow training sessions and lectures?

For all sessions, we recommend being on the latest version of Revu.

Will there be training materials provided?

Yes, training materials will be emailed to you prior to the conference. These items will need to be downloaded onto your computer before the conference.

Can I receive AIA Learning Units?

Yes. If you would like to receive AIA Learning Units for eligible sessions, please enter your AIA membership number when prompted during registration. You will receive a completion certificate after the conference upon request.

Can I get credit for my company or another organization?

We are happy to provide you with a general attendance certificate stating your completion of sessions you participated in. Email us

Will I have access to presentation material from the event?

All attendees will receive access to XCON lectures after the event. Please stay tuned for an announcement on where to access the session material. Looking for training material? Training material is only available to those who attended the course. Please reach out to us directly to make a request.

Do I need to register for the networking events?

No, networking events are included in all conference registration passes. However, if you would like to bring a guest, please email us.

When will the Interactive Zone be open?

The Interactive Zone will be open:

  • 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM Tuesday, August 27
  • 8:30 AM – 5:20 PM Wednesday, August 28
