What is the cost of the conference?

Full Conference Pass:
11 January—18 March: £200
19 March—6 April: £250

Day One Conference Pass:
11 January—18 March: £150
19 March—6 April: £200

Can I register for just one day of the conference?

Two types of conference passes are available. A Full Conference Pass or a Day One Pass (18 April). Full Conference passes will provide the best value for attendees and include hands-on training courses and additional industry presentations, lectures and networking opportunities.

Do you offer any discounts?

Discounts are available for government employees, full-time students and professors. A group discount is available for groups of five or more.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received prior to 19 March 2018 will be fully refunded. Absolutely no refunds will be offered after registration closes on 6 April.

Are guests allowed to attend?

Guests are not permitted.


Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

Yes, all attendees are required to register for sessions prior to the conference.

Do I need to provide my own hardware for any hands-on training sessions?

Yes. All hands-on training sessions require you to provide your own laptop. Don’t forget a mouse and power cord as well!

Do I need any specific software for hands-on training sessions?

For all training sessions, we recommend Revu 2017.

Will there be training materials provided?

Yes, training materials will be emailed to you prior to the conference. These items will need to be downloaded onto your computer before the conference.

Can I receive CPD Learning Units?

Yes! If you would like to receive CPD Learning Units for eligible sessions, please enter your CPD membership number when prompted during registration. You will receive a completion certificate after the conference.

I know you offer CPD learning units, but what if I want to get credit for my company or another organization?

We are happy to provide you with a general attendance certificate stating your completion of sessions you participated in. Requests should be made following the conference via email.


What is the recommended attire for the conference?

We want you to be comfortable, so wear anything appropriate that you feel relaxed in. Most attendees will opt for business casual attire.

What is the weather like in London during April?

This month is characterised by rising daily temperatures, with average daily highs increasing from 13°C on 1 April up to 16°C by 30 April, rising above 21°C or falling below 10°C very rarely—only one day out of every 10.


How do I get to etc. venues St. Paul's?

etc. St. Paul’s venue is conveniently located in the heart of the city. It is just five minutes from both Barbican and St Paul's tube stations, aand 10 minutes from Farringdon and Moorgate. The venue is right next to the London Wall and the Museum of London.
