Revolutionizing Collaboration on Fast Track Projects

This session provides an overview of how one team leveraged Bluebeam to manage a one-billion-dollar program made up of 18 modernized facilities for a client with a progressive vision within an ambitious five-year timeline. Bluebeam’s various platforms were utilized to streamline workflows across all phases of the program including design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout. This session will highlight some of the more successfully implemented processes including design review, schedule and estimate review, contract negotiations and change orders.
